Full Virtual Office

290 EUR (+VAT) / month

 

  • Dedicated Hungarian phone number with answering service and cloud based voicemail
  • Virtual assistant on business days from 9am to 5pm, max 10 hours per month. 
  • Forwarding all mails — if requested, open and scan all mails.
  • Sending documents to your local tax accountant.
  • Monthly summary sent to your in English.
  • If there is any action required by your end, we’ll prepare a file including the matter and the applicable options.
  • Translating all incoming mails from Hungarian authorities (tax, company register, customs, etc). 
  • Company stamp.
  • Company logo placed on the postbox.
